FimU-RS15030 GspH/FimT family pseudopilin, pilV type IV pilus modification protein PilV. It is one of the transformation genes involved in creating the pilus structure that captures and brings in DNA molecules into A. baylyi. They form structural elements that span from the inner membrane out into the extracellular space. See figure below for diagram of the pilus structure in A. baylyi:
